  » Include vertical stud floor joist to rafter alignment that forms a stacked framed assembly
» Studs are crowned and placed in the wall facing the same way. Each end is secure with a minimum of 3-3 1/4 x .121 nails per framing member
» Exterior corners are 3 piece u's support with 2 1/2" support blocks to secure the corner
» Partition backers consists of three full studs and the customer has the choice of insulation; fiberglass or 4" Dow Styro-foam
» Window openings consist of a locking sill assembly
» Jacks are individually measured to the 1/32 of an inch
» Plates in a 'walls only package' are notched to form an interlocking corner
