We can fabricate simple gable roof systems to hip roof systems including specialty roof details such as gazebo roofs, radius roofs, framers porch hip or shed style roofs, bay roofs and cupolas!
» Depending on the complexity of the roof will determine the method and feasibility of roof panels. Panels can be up to 16' wide and any reasonable length. We can ship panels sheathed and where feasible, finished with the shingles of your chose.
» Sheathing is staggered so as to lace the roof panels together
» Openings such as skylights and chimney openings can all be framed to allow for quick and easy site assembly
» If time constraints or exposure to weather elements are a concern to your project, we can use girder trusses with mono trusses to form both gable and hip roof truss systems that arrive on site 90% weather tight and in the course of usually one day, the project can be completely weather tight
» We can precut all rafters and ridgepoles for conventional roof systems. Hip roofs will normally include all common rafters and ridgepoles. Hip rafters will be cut on-site for accuracy and jack rafter material will be double tailed to speed site assembly
