» Your ceiling panels will arrive on site complete including strapping, wall 2nd top plates, extra strapping for all areas around interior partitions and rafter plates where required
» Ceilings are fabricated with the 2nd top plate fastened to the ceiling panel. All non-bearing partition locations receive solid strapping above them, all bearing partitions will have strapping to either side of that partition
» Ceiling panels are fabricated directly over your floor panels to ensure dimensional accuracy
» Ceiling panels are laced to allow for solid tie lap joint where they meet allowing you to tie the building together at that point for pull down stairways, scuttle holes, skylights and chimney can be framed into your ceiling panels
» Flush beams will be installed as well as any special areas that need to be framed in to allow for vaulted or tray ceilings to be installed in the field
